Cierra Lauren

Picture

Cierra Lauren (Born in Phoenix AZ July 31st 1992) has been dancing off and on since she was 5 years of age but started to take the art of hip hop seriously at age 12. Since then she has never stopped pushing herself to be better by taking numerous classes from a variety of teachers and committing to performing/competing companies. A graduate from Tacoma School of the Arts, she started to choreograph at the age of 14 and started their hip hop team named Chemical Reaction which led her to join the group Identity (a hip hop crew representing Tacoma, WA) where she later choreographed for them as well. She is currently attending Aveda Institute of Seattle to pursue the field of esthetics while choreographing and performing with her dance crew Femme Fatale all while helping maintain Koncrete. "I have a lot more to do in the dance world and haven't came close to accomplishing all that I want. As a dancer I will never be at my highest point which is what pushes me to get better and be better for myself and those I teach."

Bianca Kapeliela has been dancing ever since she can remember.
Her experience ranges everywhere from ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and hula.  In 2007
she became serious about her passion for hip hop and began intense training and
accomplished much in a short amount of time.  By 2008 she became dance team
captain of her high school, as well as began teaching hip hop classes all over
the Tacoma area. She has also performed with various dance groups at many
community functions and events. She most recently traveled overseas to China as
a back up dancer for a famous Taiwanese artist.  Her opportunities continue to

(Born in Maui, HI, October 10,1990) has been dancing since the age of 15.
Started with school assembly, pep rallies, boys cheerleading, and eventually
into a small dance crew assembled of Adrian and a group of his best friends. He began to choreograph at the age of 18 and was self taught by watching and studying dance videos from youtube since there were no dance studios on the island he lived on. The Maui hip hop scene has grown, consists of mostly bboys, and the island now has a hip hop dance studio.
The community is now known as the  Maui Hip Hop Movement. At the age of 21,
he moved to Tacoma, WA to pursue dance  and school. He started taking
classes at Westlake Dance Center from Della Martinis, Charlie Nguyen, and John Roque. He then started more classes at Koncrete Movement from Cierra Lauren, Daniel Jerome, and Kevin Mondragon. In October  2012, Adrian made a trip back down to Maui to do his very first teaching gig  which was a workshop consisted of 5 classes. He is currently in attending Divine CNA School to get his certification and license to  become a nurse assistant in the medical field.
